Their coveted ancient, secret recipe and methodology is lovingly followed by Cathy's Kombucha. We ferment in GLASS jars (two gallon - no metal spigot). No metal or plastic is ever used in the fermentation processes. We source the finest loose leaf teas from premium ETP certified estates and combine Black, Green and Rooibos teas in all our naturally flavored Kombucha. The use of organic fruits and herbs for natural flavoring ensures you are refreshingly satisfied. You can taste the difference!
